Melaka Part 1 of 7

It has been a while since I blogged the last time. I was busy settling down. So sorry for the delay. Now, for the very very late unsettled blogs, please take your time reading them!

Mr Ang and I have been planning to Melaka with his Godmum, mum and Aunty Selena some time ago. It has been his desire to bring his Godmum, mum and Aunty Selena around as those 3 are the closest to him since infant. They are the ones who cuddle, hug, play, help him up whenever he has problems. There are photos of him sitting on their lap, celebrating birthdays, etc. I will post those photos up whenever I have a chance.

So, that day has finally arrive and Melaka, here we come!

Once we reach there, we headed to the hotel to check in and to freshen up before having our lunch.

That's their room, with me sitting on the bed watching TV, waiting for them to get ready.
Godmum and mum were having coffee break and enjoying the scenery.

Godmum was so happy that she was telling her friends that her Godson brought her to Melaka for a trip.

We had Nyonya laksas and cendol at this authentic look kopitiam. Every time we go Melaka, it is a must to have meal in this kopitiam.
The cendols with different fillings. Lovely...Imaging outting blended ice with sticky melted gula melaka into your mouth! The food that we ordered. Nyonya laksa and curry laksa. The nyonya laksa actually taste exactly like Penang laksa but the boss lady insisted that it is not. We ordered 4 bowls for 5 person. In the end, Godmum was not satisfy that she went to order another Nyonya laksa. They loved it! Mr Ang was so flattered that he brought them to the right place!
The view of the kopitiam from inside.

Enjoying the food.

All finished!
