Today, mum told me that Uncle Ah Luan had passed away on 1st of May, 2012. Uncle Ah Luan, passed away on the same day my father in law did.

Who is Uncle Ah Luan? He was my nanny's husband. So, indirectly, he was also my nanny. I actually have not been keeping in touch with my nanny since i came to study in west Malaysia. I only heard about them from mum. However, I remember vividly the time that Jia and I spent with Aunty and Uncle Ah Luan. They treated us just like their own daughters. 

I remember that Aunty  Ah Luan never let me get hungry, and she will feed me every 2 hours. That was why I was quite fat as a toddler. I remember Aunty Ah Luan always cover Jia with talcum and comb her hair neatly every after bath, so that she smelt and looked good. I remember Aunty and Uncle Ah Luan rushed me to a clinic nearby when I had spike fever. I remember Aunty and Uncle Ah Luan were there when dad and mum were not around. 

Thank you Aunty and Uncle Luan for all the tender, loving and care. May God bless your soul, Uncle Ah Luan. You are always in my heart.
