Melaka Part 6 of 7
When the night falls, there is only one place in Melaka that people will go, Jonker street!
That's why the Jonker street is so crowded! So, let the food hunting in Jonker street begin!
This is me at the street before the night falls.
There is a huge stage at one end of the street for people to do performances.
More crowd!
Line dancing.
Me trying out one of the stall item.
The park earlier on at night.
Mr Ang trying different function of his camera. This is the red color function. Only red color will apprear, others will appear in grey color.
Buying pineapple tarts.
Buying otak-otak.
Food of the night, fried oyster! yummy, me and Mr Ang's favorite!
The process.
The end product. We actually planned to buy 3 packets, but mum n the rest say no need, they didn't enjoy it.
It was ok, as long as Mr Ang and I love it! yummy!

We wrapped the night up with some beautiful night scenery of Melaka from the hotel.
Melaka Part 5 of 7
After tea time, it was dinner time! hahahah...... our main purpose visiting Melaka was because of the food. It has always because of its food, in the past and in the future.
The following place of eatery is acceptable to some people but not everyone. We have heard about it since I came to Melaka with Mr Ang, but we never visited it because we couldn't find it. Hence the homework!
This place is famous for its shell seafood. It is located behind a building so we all call it the backstreet place. Thus I won't comment much on the hygiene level. But that was the first time and will be the final time I visited that place.
We reached the place around 5.30pm and we thought we were too early and afraid that the place has not opened. We were wrong! There was long queue ahead of us. We waited for 20 minutes for a table and another 20 minutes to be served.
All the customer were seated to be served with food. Oh did I tell you that the stall serve the customer with stool? hahah, interesting........
The uncle who is in charged of cuttlefish with tofu.
There are many tourist who were there taking photos. That's why it is quite a famous place.
The cockles and clams prepared by the aunties.
Their secret dish. All the shell fish are shortly boiled without any special ingredients but will be very delicious after dipped into this special sauce. Amazing sauce!

Food that we ordered. Shell fish, cuttlefish with kangkung, and a fried prawn biscuit with tofu (very nice). Actually, it was not filling, so we headed to another place to have proper dinner.

Melaka Part 4 of 7
After all the walking, it was tea time! Well, before this trip to Melaka, Mr Ang and I had actually did our homework. We had searched for all the good food in Melaka. We even asked our friends and relatives where have they been if they went to Melaka. Of course, we ended up with one whole page of list of places. Given only 2 days 1 night, we have decided to make this place one of the must-go destination.
I am quite forgetful that I have forgotten what the place called. This place is famous for its milli crepe cakes. yummy!
