2013 New Me

2012 had been great!

I went to work in Singapore and got myself an RVT. This had been my plan since the very first day I worked there and I achieved it! Those 2 years in Singapore were marvelous.

I met a good friend Nelly, spent more time with my sisters, brought my career to the next level, made some savings, got married, brought myself to more exposure and managed to do more shopping than before. I felt more satisfaction.

I would love to think and plan 2013 into a more adventurous, meaningful and wonderful year. There are far too many things that I would love to do.

I want to bring myself back to church regularly, though not in much involvement. I love God and I have been always love Him. Now I want to re express my love to Him via action.

I want to come back to baking and steaming. I was steaming cakes in the pass when I was in Sarikei. I miss those time. Jia ask me to learn more about muffin. I am aiming to do that and cup cakes. I am thinking turning it into business in the future. This have always been my interest and I would love to bring myself into the next level. Cupcakes, cookies, brownies, desserts, etc.

As for my career, I would want to sharpen my skill in general ultrasound and obtain a few more specialized license. My next target would be breast license. I would target  it within 2 years.

For my social life, I would want to balance my life between family and friends. I would love to spend more time with my friends, plan and join more gathering. Friends are very important, they are the one that I turn to for certain matters and problems.

Oh, I have so many thoughts about everything that I would love to put them into words or pictures. And thus, I want to blog more frequently. I would want to write a small notes about my life, about every wonderful and memorable things happened in my life since the day I was borne, including those that I can't recall but was told by mum, grandma and aunties. I had a draft about it, and all i need to do is to do some recalling and turn them into words slowly. There is no rush in this matter.

Oh, not to forget the 2013 resolution that I must achieve with Mr Ang, to make a baby! Our plan is to create a 'horse' baby!

That is all bout my new year resolution, lets wait, plan, do and see what will be happening next!

Me love my life!

November 2012

This month has been one of the craziest and busiest month of my life! I can't even catch a breath! Great things had been happening one after another!

First, I came back to KL for good. Then, Mr Ang bought a new smartphone, Samsung Note II. After that, we went to get our new environmental friendly car, Prius C. After tying big flower bows to the car and turning it into a wedding car, we fetch my family members and got married with unnecessary Chinese wedding ceremony and a memorable wedding dinner. After 2 days cleaning the house and packing, we were off to Bali for honey moon. All happen within 3 weeks and I am kind of feeling numb now. Mr Ang was racing with his own feelings.

Anyway, all ended well eventually, phew! We just came back from Bali. It was a great honey moon. Today, he is back to work and I will start my new job next Monday. Credit to Mr Ang, who had arranged it with great itineraries. It will be one of the most memorable journey with him. More planned journeys with him in the futures.

Another new chapter added to my life. Praise the Lord!

I Love Doggie!

We were in New Zealand when all those photos taken. Kiwis are dog lover and most of their dog are huge! and extra friendly! I would say too tame! We couldn't resist not to take picture with the dogs!

Nat and I was admiring Casper. A dog quiet in the house, wild in the wood.

The very friendly dog which kept leaned against me! Boy, she was heavy!

The dog that we saw on the way to dinner.

There she was, Casper again! (I hope I didn't remember the name wrongly)

This was a funny dog. She was so playful that she kept exposing her belly for us to rub! And she only do that when her master was not looking! She pretended to be discipline in front of the master, but in actual, she was very playful! Love her too much!

Another huge dog at the park, following the master out for morning cigarette.

I was so curious and intrigue to throw the dogs a stick. Wondering if they return back the stick. Thus I got a stick and get it prepared in the car. As expected, I never had the chance to do so as I was too busy patting the dogs and taking pictures with them!

"Someday"

You can go
You can start all over again
You can try to find a way to make another day go by
You can hide
Hold all your feelings inside
You can try to carry on when all you want to do is cry

And maybe someday
We'll figure all this out
Try to put an end to all our doubt
Try to find a way to make things better now and
Maybe someday we'll live our lives out loud
We'll be better off somehow
Someday

Now wait

And try to find another mistake
If you throw it all away then maybe you can change your mind
You can run, oh
And when everything is over and done
You can shine a little light on everything around you
Man it's good to be someone

And I don't want to wait

I just want to know
I just want to hear you tell me so
Give it to me straight
Tell it to me slow

Cause sometimes we don't really notice
Just how good it can get
So maybe we should start all over
Start all over again

Couple....

I saw an aged couple in the hospital a few weeks ago. They were looking for directions. People who lost their ways are very typical in hospitals. It is never weird. Normally I will just ignore them and I don’t even bother to help, mainly because I am blind in direction too. My sense of direction is never ever good. But this couple caught my attention. I actually slowed down and turned around trying to ask them if they need assistance. Simply because they looked so much like my parents. I foresee my parents in them.

Even though my dad is not the best father in this whole wide world, I would not trade him for another dad. Yes, sometimes, shit happens but I still love him dearly. I would not want anything happen to him. As for my mum, I always think she is the best mum in the whole wide world. She will never make people worry and boy, she is tough. But she is not a robotic mum. She does feel sad, overwhelmed, angry and vulnerable sometimes. That is why I always make an effort to call them every now and then and try my best to tell them everyday that I love them. Because life is so short that I will never know when will be my last "I love you" to them. And they will never be bored of hearing me say "I love you"!

I love them both always and forever! Happy Parents Day to my mum and dad EVERYDAY!

Christmas 2011

I had a great Christmas celebration last year with Nong and her friends. It was held at her friend, Rachel's house. Rachel is a Filipino and she is a great cook too. We had a blast and almost-exploded tummy!

Rachel's house has a small "stage". All of her friends, including herself and her husband, love singing, hence the stage. It was quite a "proper" stage with a small screen (for them to look at the lyrics), 2 speaker for the mike, 1 speaker for the guitars, 1 microphone with its stand, 2 guitars, hmm that's about it.

Nong was having good time asking people(me) to take photos of her.

A picture of me and Nong. Merry Christmas! ( I know it is now June, so Merry June Christmas, hahah...) Oh, FYI, we gave a bottle of white wine to Rachel as Christmas gift. Nong was having a glass of vodka cocktail. It was so good!

Food prepared by Rachel! I was not talking big earlier. She was really a good cook! 2 thumbs...no...no...no....4 thumbs(borrow Nong's thumbs!) up for the lasagna! It was too good! Best lasagna ever!

Running For Your soul

I like running. Thank you Lord that my husband likes it too. There is a park not far from our house. We will go there to have a run especially during the weekends. We loved it. This is because, running increase our metabolism and decrease our laziness. So kill 2 birds with 1 stone. You will be surprise that, when you feel lethargy after long hours at work, a short run will actually make you more energetic. I miss running with my man. Can't wait to do it every week with him!
